Hot Chocolate
Bring half bucket of water to a boil.
Add 3/4 of a two pound can of Nestle's Quick.
Boil for five minutes.
Add four cans evaporated milk and half gallon of regular milk.
When hot enough to serve, reduce heat. Makes 28 cups.


Oat Meal
Bring half bucket of water to a boil.
Add two tablespoons of salt.
Add ten and one half cups of oatmeal.
Stir constantly until ready to serve.
Add milk if result is too thick.


Pancakes
Pour 32 oz. box of pancake mix in a large bowl.
Add seven cups of milk and seven eggs.
Add 1/2 cup liquid shortening.
Heat griddle until small drop of water bounces around on it.
Makes 80 to 88 pancakes depending on size.


Coffee
Bring half bucket of water to a boil.
Add three coffee pouches.
Bring to boil two more times, then reduce heat.


Sloppy Joes
Brown 12 pounds of gound beef and pour off grease.
In a pan add ten packages of Sloppy Joe mix.
Add ten 6-oz cans tomato paste
Add six tablespoons of flour
Mix well and cook slowly for at least fifteen minutes. (Serves 50)


Southern Hash
Brown 10 pounds of gound beef and pour off grease.
In a pan add 6 cups diced onion.
Add fourteen cups diced raw potatoes
Add six cups of water
Cook until potatoes are tender (Stir often).
